User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the atm888 platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, using multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses, and distributing malicious software.
Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt atm888's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. atm888 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the atm888 platform are conducted in MYR (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and originate from a legitimate source.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to atm888's current policies and may change from time to time. Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method selected — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and local online banking.
Atm888 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators. If a transaction fails but funds have already been deducted, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction for further investigation.
Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate charge through your bank (chargeback) without valid grounds may result in account suspension and fund recovery action by atm888.
Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Atm888 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, atm888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
Atm888 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Atm888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. Users have the right to appeal the closure through atm888's official support channels.
Intellectual Property
All content on the atm888 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the property of atm888 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from atm888.
